COVID-19 Precautions
We are open as normal and are taking extra precautions during this uncertain time. 
Changes have been made to ensure you only have to visit once during the session, we do not handle your babies and are leaving larger gaps between each session for a deep clean. Print and digital orders are now being posted out. Hand sanitiser is being used as usual and blankets cleaned every day. We would like to ask that you bring card as we are avoiding cash for the time being to help. Take care, be kind and wash your hands!

Where is our session held?
We are based at Unit 7, Tower Grange, 721 Holderness Road, HU8 9AR. Formally known as the old police station near Morrisons. Parking is located at the front of the building, please ring the buzzer on arrival,  head through the double doors and head straight down the corridor through two sets of double doors and we are last door on the left hand side. 

How long will it take?
Family/Baby sessions last around 30-40 minutes but please allow 20 extra minutes for setting up or any feeds your baby may need ( if you try book around this and sleeping times that would be great as your baby will be satisfied) so we book for 1 hour for baby, family, cake smash and bump sessions. Newborns are around  1-2 hours to allow extra time for feeding/cuddles. 

Do we provide props?
We provide blankets and props/backdrops and if there is anything you wish to add to the session you are more than welcome to.. Maybe your favourite blanket or toy for your baby as a memorabilia. Or a special item for your older children like a guitar etc! 

Watch Me Grow Sessions?
We capture your baby in their first year! From tiny baby being 6 weeks + old on their first stage, sitting up at their second stage and walking on their 3rd. This is the perfect way to photograph your babies development in their first year.

When to book a Newborn session?
The best time to photograph a newborn is when they are under 2 weeks (usually around 7-14 days) You can contact us at any time during your pregnancy to give an estimated due date, we will then make a booking
which can be altered to if your baby is early or late! 

When can we see the images?
After the shoot we’ll arrange a viewing appointment and then we will explain what you receive with your session and artwork options that are available and you’ll also get a product guide to take away with you if you wish. We may be able to view your images straight away depending on bookings after, please ask prior and we can fit the time in, also bring anyone you would like to see the images!

When do we receive our artwork/products?
Please allow up to 4 weeks for Wall Art products to arrive at the studio and up to 3 weeks for Prints and Digitals. 


1. Sessions Fees and Cancellation Policy
The session fee covers the photographer’s time and experience and is due at the time of booking. Session fees taken for any portrait photography session are non-refundable except in the event that Little Pop
Photography cancels the booking. The client may cancel a session at anytime but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. A session may be rescheduled with no loss of fee if notified to Little Pop Photography via telephone or email 48 prior to the session, after this will incur a £10 rearrangement fee.

2. Fulfilment of obligations
Little Pop Photography shall not be liable to the Client for any failure, in whole or in part, to fulfil their obligations where failure arises as a result of an event or circumstances beyond their control, which may include (but are not limited to) equipment failure, inclement weather, illness or injury. The Client understands and accepts that the Photographic coverage will be as Little Pop Photography’s professional
expertise determines. Special requests are not binding instructions although every effort is made to comply with the Clients wishes. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure or cancellation of the contract by Little Pop Photography, liability shall be limited to a full refund of all money paid.

3. Gallery & 1-2-1 Viewing
In booking a Little Pop Photography session the Client agrees to attend a 1-2-1 viewing within 2 weeks of this session. We may be able to do this on the day of your session if there is time. All orders and payment
in full is due at this time, or a 50% deposit which the remainder needs to be paid before or on collection depending on product. All portrait orders are final and cannot be changed or refunded for any reason. There is no guarantee that any particular number of images will be produced from your session. Little Pop Photography is not obligated to provide the client with any images that are not already presented to them in the viewing.

4. Artistic input
Little Pop Photography shall be entitled to use their judgment regarding the style and artistic input in the production of pictures. This includes but is not limited to poses, props and number of images taken. Due the willingness of subjects it may not be possible to capture all the pictures requested, or images to the clients full expectations. In the event of uncooperative children at a session of any kind, for any reason, Little Pop Photography may not be able to capture any, or all the images the Client may have requested or expected. The Client is responsible for all children at all sessions. Images are fully edited before presenting to Client.

 Additional edits are carried out at the discretion of Little Pop Photography. Little Pop Photography reserves the right to charge the Client for additional editing to cover time involved.

5. Copyright and Reproduction
Copyright is retained by Little Pop Photography at all times throughout. No image can be copied, scanned or reproduced in any form whatsoever without prior consent of Little Pop Photography. The Client may not alter, add to or manipulate a picture by any means or reproduce a picture in whole or in part as an element within, or as a montage with, another picture without Little Pop Photography’s written permission.
Permission to reproduce a picture for personal use (not commercial) is granted to the Client by Little Pop Photography only when digital images are purchased and paid for in full by the client to Little Pop Photography.

6. Use of pictures
Little Pop Photography will use Clients images for the purposes of display, advertising, portfolio, publication or promotion unless clients decline.

7. Receipt of portraits, wall art or products
All orders are presumed to have been received in good condition unless the Client notifies Little Pop 

Photography in writing of any discrepancy or error within 7 days of receipt.

8. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the products, once purchased we cannot issue a refund. All portraits, books, albums, frames, etc are non refundable. Orders are made to the Clients specification, (i.e. image number, print size, frame style etc).
By placing an order with Little Pop Photography you are committing to buy the ordered products.

9. Returns policy
Incorrectly supplied items and items of poor quality can be returned and will be replaced at no extra charge to the client. Returns will not be considered for incorrectly ordered items or items ordered in error.

10. Deleted images
All non-purchased images are archived 1 month after your 1-2-1 Viewing. A £25 retrieval fee is charged to see the images at a 1-2-1 viewing as we do not upload online.

11. Cameras, mobile phone cameras are Not permitted during any session, in home studio or location without express permission from Little Pop Photography.
